Opto-Link's superluminescent light emitting diodes (SLED) light sources series cover various choices of wavelength from 680nm to above 1600nm. SLEDs are edge emitting semi-conductor light sources. They are well-known to be optimum light sources due to their broad bandwidth and high output power. They have a wide range of applications including fiber sensor, optical coherence tomography (OCT), components testing and medical applications.
